How do I find my size?

Our size guide walks through it in four steps. If you're between sizes, size up — our silk softens over time. Need a second opinion? Email care@lume.atelier with your band & bust measurements.

What's your returns policy?

Thirty days, free, no questions. Every piece ships with a prepaid return label — if it's not the one, send it back. Sale pieces are final sale.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — to 54 countries, with duties included to most. Standard delivery 3–10 business days depending on region. Express options at checkout.

Can I visit the atelier?

Please do. Walk in during open hours or book a private fitting. We keep appointments quiet — sixty minutes, a cup of something, and the full archive at hand.
